The Breeder's Certificates/Registration Applications are com- monly referred to as "the blue forms" and in the past were sent by postal service to stallion owners who submitted on-time Stallion Breeding Reports. The data printed on the applications is based on information submitted to the ApHC on your Stallion Breeding Report. The pre-printed Breeder's Certificates are a complimentary service the ApHC provides as a benefit of membership. Hard-co- py pre-printed Breeder's Certificates/Registration Applications are no longer available by regular mail, however, we continue to offer blank Breeder's Certificates/Registration Applications through our Web site and through regular mail upon request.
